PLEASE NOTE - ALL of our bacon products will be made on Tuesday, June 13th. The shelf life of our bacon products is 14 days. You can freeze the bacon strips, bacon bark and bacon fudge to extend the shelf life by up to 2 months (do not freeze bacon caramels, bacon turtles, bacon truffles or bacon caramel popcorn).

Our bacon chocolates are made from sweet Applewood smoked bacon that is baked (not fried), and created with a variety of chocolates, specialty sea salts, creamy caramel, and so much more!
The Bacon Sampler includes a little bit of everything, and is available in a small box or a large platter. Items include:
- Bacon Bark - crumbled sweet Applewood smoked bacon that is tossed into our premium Belgian dark or milk chocolate. (SMALL includes 1/4-lb; LARGE includes 1/2-lb)
- Bacon Caramel Popcorn - a delicious butter and brown sugar coating to bring you the freshest and sweetest caramel corn around! Coated in milk chocolate and crumbled Applewood smoked bacon pieces (SMALL includes 5-oz bag; LARGE includes 10-oz bag)
- Bacon Caramels - crumbled sweet Applewood smoked bacon sprinkled into our delicious, buttery caramel, and then dipped in our premium Belgian milk or dark chocolate and topped with more crumbled bacon (SMALL includes 2 Dark, 2 Milk; LARGE includes 4 Dark, 4 Milk)
- Bacon Strips - full strips of sweet Applewood smoked bacon coated in our premium Belgian dark or milk chocolate (SMALL includes 2 Dark, 2 Milk; LARGE includes 4 Dark, 4 Milk)
- Bacon Truffles (Salted Caramel) - a whole strip of bacon stuffed with salted caramel, dipped in premium Belgian semi-sweet chocolate, and then topped with Himalayan Pink Sea Salt. (SMALL includes 2; LARGE includes 4)
- Bacon Truffles (Sweet Jalapeno Pecan) - a whole strip of bacon stuffed with sweet jalapeno jam, a touch of crushed pecans, dipped in premium Belgian milk chocolate, and then topped with Black Hawaiian Sea Salt. (SMALL includes 2; LARGE includes 4)
- Bacon Turtles - crumbled sweet Applewood smoked bacon sprinkled into our delicious, buttery caramel, rolled in pecans, and then dipped into our premium Belgian milk or dark chocolate (SMALL includes 2 Dark, 2 Milk; LARGE includes 4 Dark, 4 Milk)
