The shelf life of our bacon products is 14 days. You can freeze the bacon strips, bacon bark and bacon fudge to extend the shelf life by up to 2 months (do not freeze bacon caramels, bacon "turtles", bacon truffles or bacon caramel popcorn).

Our chocolate bacon bark is made with crumbled sweet Applewood smoked bacon that is baked (not fried), and crumbled into our premium Belgian dark or milk chocolate. Available in a 1/2-lb box.
