Are Your Items Gluten Free?
Yes! Not only are all of our items gluten free, but they are made in a dedicated gluten free facility. All of the ingredients we purchase to make our chocolates and confections are manufactured in facilities that do not use gluten or shared equipment; they are dedicated gluten free facilities as well!

Are Your Items Peanut Free?
Yes! Not only are all of our items peanut free, but they are made in a dedicated peanut free facility. All of the ingredients we purchase to make our chocolates and confections are manufactured in facilities that do not use peanuts or shared equipment; they are dedicated peanut free facilities as well! NOTE - there is one ingredient in our fudge that comes from a manufacturer that is not a peanut free facility, therefore, we cannot say that our fudge is peanut free.

Are Your Items Egg Free?
Yes! All of our chocolates and confections are egg free. All of the ingredients we purchase to make our chocolates and confections do not contain egg; however, some of the ingredients used to make our chocolate covered "Oreos", the graham-style crackers on the marshmallow pops, our chocolate covered cherries, and our sponge candy are egg free, but made in facilities that may use eggs or shared equipment.

There are two times per year that we make French macarons (Mother's Day) and a specialty shortbread item (in November) that requires the use of eggs, but these items are made by special order only and are created in a separate kitchen on equipment that is not shared with our regular items.

Are Your Sprinkles Allergy-Friendly?
Yes! The sprinkles we use are manufactured in a certified dairy free, gluten free, peanut free, tree nut free and Kosher facility! Also, our sprinkles do not contain confectioner's glaze...which makes our sprinkles vegan!

​Are Your Items Organic?
While our products are not "certified" organic, we use many certified organic ingredients (or when organic is not available, only Non-GMO Project verified ingredients) in all of our chocolates and confections.

Do You Use Tree Nuts in Your Products?
Yes, our facility specifically uses almonds, pecans and walnuts. All of our items containing nuts are made on separate equipment and are not made on any shared surfaces. All of our items containing nuts are made on the same day, and then our kitchen is fully sanitized for 24 hours prior to making our nut free items.

​Do You Use Soy in Your Products?
All of our chocolates and confections are made with Belgian chocolate which contains soy lecithin as an emulsifier, which is a "bonding" agent. It allows the cocoa butter to blend with the cocoa powder. If you have a soy allergy, we do not recommend purchasing our chocolates. However, if you are someone who tries to avoid soy, or if you have a soy intolerance, we can tell you that the amount of soy in chocolate is very minimal. Think of chocolate as a football stadium, and the amount of soy used in chocolate is equivalent to one seat inside of that giant football stadium. The owner of our company has a soy intolerance and is able to enjoy many of our chocolates and confections.

​Do You Use Coconut in Your Products?
Yes, many of our chocolates and confections contain coconut oil. All of our vegan products contain coconut milk. Our Coconut Haystacks and our Toasted Coconut Truffles contain shredded coconut.

​Do You Use Corn in Your Products?
Most of our products are corn free, but we do have a few items including fudge and sponge candy that require the use of corn syrup to make those products (the vegan fudge does NOT contain corn).

Do You Make Sugar Free Products?
At this time, we do not make any sugar free chocolates or confections. Our truffle collection is very low carb but still contains organic cane sugar, so this may be an option as a treat for someone following a low sugar or low carb lifestyle.

​Are Your Vegan Items Really Vegan?
Yes! The founder of our company was vegan for several years and very educated in the area of vegan foods and products. We use only plant-based ingredients in all of our vegan chocolates. We do not use honey in any of our chocolates. Our sprinkles are made without confectioner's glaze. We use organic coconut milk or coconut cream to create our vegan caramels and fudge. The sugar we use to make all of our chocolates and confections (even the non vegan items) is organic non bone-char cane sugar. We use Kirkland Organic Sugar from Costco or Wholesome Confectioner's Sugar (powdered sugar) in all of our products.

​Are Your Chocolates Made With Fair Trade Ingredients?
Yes! We purchase all of our cocoa, cacao nibs, cacao butter, and other chocolate ingredients from companies that are certified fair trade, and only exhibit the highest standard of moral practices from the fields where their cacao pods are grown all the way to our front door.

When Will I Receive My Items?
We create our chocolates on Mondays and Tuesdays. Because each and every item is handmade, you will receive your order approximately 7-10 days from the date of your order. It would be best to read our "How It Works" page to see when your items will be delivered (if you are local) or shipped (USA addresses only).

​Do You Make Other Items That Aren't Shown Here on Your Website?
Yes! Our kitchen makes over 400 different chocolates and confections throughout the year, so as you can imagine, we just can't showcase them all year long. Some items such as chocolate caramel apples, candied bacon chocolates, hand-dipped and decorated chocolate covered strawberries, peppermint fudge, French macarons, or our "special of the week" are offered seasonally and may only appear once per year. Be sure to follow our Instagram and Facebook pages for weekly updates, and check our website frequently for these specialty offerings!
