This event is geared toward the true chocolate aficionado! Learn how chocolate is grown, harvested, and turned into the delicious confections that you know and love. Discover why chocolate was so important to the Aztecs and Mayans. Hear about the latest technologies and manufacturing processes involved in making chocolate.
You will then sample chocolates from 10 different regions around the world! Each guest will be able to try a variety of chocolates including cacao nibs, the rare Ruby chocolate, and robust chocolates from regions including Peru, Brazil, Equador, and more. You will also see and feel what a real cacao pod and cacao beans looks like!
Most of these products contain dairy, and may contain nuts.
**Class will be rescheduled to the next available date if registration is less than 10 participants. There are no refunds for registrants who cancel their workshop or event within 7 days of the scheduled date; there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
