The shelf life of our bacon products is 14 days. You can freeze the bacon strips, bacon bark and bacon fudge to extend the shelf life by up to 2 months (do not freeze bacon caramels, bacon "turtles", bacon truffles or bacon caramel popcorn).

Our chocolate bacon products are what made The Chocolate Shoppe famous! Our chocolate covered bacon is made from full strips of sweet Applewood smoked bacon that is baked (not fried), and then coated in our premium Belgian chocolate.

We feature a variety of chocolate covered bacon items, including chocolate covered bacon strips, bacon bark, bacon fudge, and bacon truffles. Chocolate bacon items rotate on a seasonal basis, so please check back frequently to see when our bacon items are featured!

All of our bacon products are made with certified gluten free ingredients, and are also egg free and peanut free (all bacon items except for Bacon "Turtles" and Sweet Jalapeno Pecan Bacon Truffles are tree nut free).
