PLEASE NOTE - ALL of our bacon products will be made on Tuesday, June 13th. The shelf life of our bacon products is 14 days. You can freeze the bacon strips, bacon bark and bacon fudge to extend the shelf life by up to 2 months (do not freeze bacon caramels, bacon turtles, bacon truffles or bacon caramel popcorn).

Our chocolate bacon truffles, also known as "Pigolates", are made from full strips of sweet Applewood smoked bacon that is baked (not fried), rolled up and stuffed with a delicious filling, dipped in our premium Belgian chocolate, and then topped with a specialty sea salt.

Available in a box of 6 or 12 truffles. The Assorted Bacon Truffles are available in a 12-piece box only.

  • Salted Caramel Bacon Truffle - a whole strip of bacon filled with salted caramel, dipped in premium Belgian semi-sweet chocolate, and then topped with Himalayan Pink Sea Salt.

  • Sweet Jalapeno Pecan Bacon Truffle - a whole strip of bacon filled with sweet jalapeno jam with just a touch of crushed pecans, dipped in premium Belgian milk chocolate, and then topped with Black Hawaiian Sea Salt.

This item is made in a gluten free facility. The Sweet Jalapeno Pecan Bacon Truffle is corn free, egg free and peanut free. The Salted Caramel Bacon Truffle is egg free, peanut free and tree nut free.
